Additional Information
- We design our menus to ensure that students are receiving the recommended daily allowances of key nutrients and nutrients of concern such as calcium, vitamins A and C and fiber, while not exceeding maximum limits of calories, sodium, and fats.
- Pizza crusts are whole grain.
- Vegan meals available upon request.
- Unless indicated, vegetables, fruit, and fruit juice are free of the eight major allergens.
- ALL á la carte items meet the “Smart Snacks in Schools” regulations, including the Ice Cream offered.
- Parents may elect to limit á la carte purchases by calling their child’s school and speaking to the nutrition coordinator. À la carte items may be purchased with cash or charged to a student's account if a positive balance is available.

Ice Cream that meets the “Smart Snacks in Schools regulations” is offered as an à la carte additional item at all schools. À la carte items may be purchased with cash or charged to a student's account if a positive balance is available.
Not all à la carte items are available at all schools, and not all items are available every day.
All à la carte items meet the “Smart Snacks in Schools” regulations. They are: under 200 calories, less than 35% of weight from total sugars, 0 grams trans fats, less than 230 mg sodium, less an 35% total calories from fat, and less than 10% saturated fat. Items like baked chip/pretzel products and other low-fat items are available daily.

How to Pay
- Pay online at SchoolCafé.
- Drop off a check made payable to "Nutrition Services." Place in an envelope, write "Nutrition Services" and your child's name on the front, and drop it off in the school office.
