| Chorus | We invite all students who enjoy singing and performing with others. We have lots of events happening this year including a performance at the Wolves Game and collaborating with Fremd High School. Activity buses will be provided to those who need a ride home. | NJHS | 8th-grade students with a cumulative GPA in 7th grade of 3.75 and above are invited to join the National Junior Honor Society. NJHS is a service organization of students that helps our immediate TJMS family and people within our community. Membership is more than an honor, it incurs a responsibility and an obligation to demonstrate those outstanding qualities that are associated with NJHS throughout the year. |

| TJTV | TJTV is the team that produces our daily morning announcements and special features. Students create content for the announcements using a variety of tools, including GoPro video and photography, WeVideo, Canva, Google Slides and music production software. There are opportunities for all skill and comfort levels and on and off air contributors. |

| Photography | The Photography Club will help students develop basic photography skills using the school camera and their personal devices. The main purpose of the club will be to take great photos of our students and staff to include in the yearbook. Club members will attend after school events to document our school life in photographs. | ASL Club | The American Sign Language Club is a great way to learn a language and build friendships in a safe and fun environment. In the ASL club we will be learning things such as how to introduce yourself, colors, weather, family, sports and holidays. We will play games, look and listen to songs and talk about Deaf culture. | Art Club | The Art Club is a place to develop techniques and collaborate with other artists, create bonds through the arts, and learn how to work together through group projects that will beautify the school and community. | When: Varies Where: Art Room Sponsor: Ms. Valdez |
| Chess Club | Learn and play chess with your classmates. Practice strategies, openings, defenses, and play in tournaments. Top players are given an opportunity to enter outside tournaments. | Spirit Squad | The Spirit Squad welcomes all jaguars who are passionate about school spirit! Spirit Squad consists of two parts: one will be the cheer/dance spirit squad (performs at basketball games, school events, etc.) and a cheer section part of spirit squad (comes up with ways to show school spirit around the school such as spirit days, decorating lockers, making posters, etc.). | When: Every Tuesday, 10/21/25—1/27/26 Where: Room 202 Sponsor: Ms. Catino |
| The STEM & Robotics Den | This club will provide enrichment in the areas of STEM, Coding and robotics. 10 meetings: Welcome & Kickoff Intro to Coding Basics, Robotics 101, Programming Robots, STEM Design Challenge, 3Dprinting, Robotics Mini-Challenge, Showcase Prep, Club Showcase & Celebration |

| Girls Who Code | Girls Who Code is a group for Jaguars who love to Code! -BUT - Do I have to be a girl to join? NO! GWC is a non-profit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology and computer Science. ANYONE WHO SUPPORTS THIS MISSION CAN JOIN! This club is perfect for those who want to take Computer Science / App Creators and Robotics, or are already in it right now! |
