Sports
District 15’s middle school interscholastic sports program fields teams for boys and girls basketball, cross country, soccer, track & field, volleyball, and wrestling.
Each District 15 middle school team competes against teams from other District 15 middle schools (Carl Sandburg, Plum Grove, Thomas Jefferson, Walter R. Sundling, and Winston Campus). Teams may also compete against schools from nearby school districts (non-conference) and in area tournaments.
- Students MUST have a current physical on file in the school office in order to tryout and participate in a sport.
- The activity fee for sports is $85 per student per sport. There is no fee for tryouts. Fee waivers are based on free & reduced price lunch eligibility.
